The Culver Town Council will be making some appointments and there are some openings if Culver residents are interested in serving their community.
There are five Redevelopment Commission seats, two of which are appointed by the council president, and the remaining three are appointed by the council to one-year terms.
Two Tree Commission seats are appointed by the town council.
To serve in these positions, you must be a resident of the Town of Culver (lived in Culver for at least a year).
If you are interested in service, please complete an application. Either fill it out online and e-mail it to kheim@townofculver.org or pick up an application at the clerk’s office. All written applications must be turned in to Town Hall, 200 East Washington. The deadline to submit applications is 4 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 8. The council would like to make appointments at the Jan. 9 meeting.
