The town of North Judson has announced they are looking to fill a Town Utility position.
This position is full-time and the listed requirements are:
A valid CDL Class B with Air Brakes, or the ability to acquire one in the first year of employment; the ability to lift 80 pounds; the ability to follow detailed instructions; a high school diploma or equivalent; the ability to read at a high school level; willingness to work in adverse weather conditions at times, as well as some weekends and evenings; and able to pass a background check and drug test.
The position has the potential for extra hours and overtime possibilities. Heavy equipment experience and the ability to use basic tools are a plus.
Those wishing to apply can get an application at North Judson Town Hall during business hours, which are Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm Central Time, closed for lunch from noon to 1pm. Completed applications may be returned to Town Hall, located at 310 Lane Street in North Judson.
The starting pay for this position is between $18.50 and $21.50 per hour.
