
The Town of North Judson will be holding two meetings this morning; a Board of Zoning Appeals Meeting at 8am Central Time, and a Planning Commission Meeting at 8:30am Central Time.
Additionally, there will be a City Council meeting this evening at 6:30pm Central Time in North Judson. All of the meetings will take place at 310 Lane Street.
At the Board of Zoning Appeals meeting at 8 this morning, the Board will hold a public hearing in regards to a Zoning Variance request at 523 Lane Street.
During the Planning Commission Meeting, scheduled for 8:30, Commissioners will hold a public hearing on the zoning classification of a property that was annexed in 2024.
The City Council meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30pm this evening.
Under Old Business, councilors will discuss 2026 Board Member representatives and appointments, as well as 2026 property and liability insurance.
Under New Business, councilors will receive a recommendations from both the Planning Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals in regards to the subjects of their meetings this morning; the zoning classification of an annexed property, and a zoning variance request on Lane Street respectively.
Councilors will receive departmental and representative reports, a legal update, and any additional business deemed necessary by the council. They will pay claims and then adjourn the meeting.
