The Starke County Parks Department has announced they will hold a regular meeting this evening, January 13th.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6pm Central Time and will be held at the Annex Building number 1 in Knox.
The Park Board will vote on the approval of the minutes from their December 9th regular meeting, as well as the approval of meeting norms and meeting dates for 2026.
Board members will discuss 2026 financials and the park board budget, as well as Park Department job descriptions and salary scale.
The Board will vote on the approval of winter pier maintenance by Johnson and Sons Piers, and receive a final update on the Bass Lake renovation project.
Finally, there will be discussion of Bass Lake Campground electricity before the meeting is adjourned.
