The Winamac Volunteer Fire Department recently shared their calls for service during the month of December 2025.
According to the fire department, they had a total of 52 calls over the month of December. 31 of those calls were for a medical assist with Pulaski County EMS, and two calls were to assist other departments.
The Winamac Volunteer Fire Department responded to 3 vehicle accidents and 3 structure fires in December. They responded to two carbon monoxide alarms, 1 call for smoke in a house, a call for an unknown fire, one call for a possible gas leak, and one call for a fuel spill.
Five of the calls last month were cancelled while en route, and the fire department reports two meetings last month.
