KNOX – The Ken Craig Community Garden will be hosting its 3rd annual seed swap this Saturday, February 21st.
The event will take place from 2-5pm Central Time at 1801 South Heaton Street in Knox, and will feature refreshments, children’s activities, and a raffle.
Seasoned and budding gardeners alike are invited to exchange seeds with other local green thumbs to introduce more variety into their gardens.
Event organizers ask that those bringing seeds to trade have them clearly labeled with the year they were harvested, and if possible, any applicable growing tips.
The Ken Craig Community Garden is a local community garden whose mission is to provide for, educate, and strengthen the community.
