North Judson-San Pierre schools have announced that the School Smiles dentist will be returning to the schools on March 11th and April 7th.
School Smiles offers on-site dental care for school children, including cleanings, fluoride, x-rays, sealants, restorative care, and free dental supplies.
A new form needs to be completed each school year for students to remain in the program; so those who have already signed up for this school year do not need to re-apply. Parents who would like to sign up their students for School Smiles should visit schoolsmiles.com to register.
The program is available to all students, with no cost for patients covered by Medicaid and grant approvals; and they accept Medicaid, private insurance, and also offer self-pay rates for those who may be uninsured.
