Anita Goodan began her radio career at her hometown radio station, KSEN/KZIN, in Shelby, Montana, in June of 1995 as a part-time board operator for sports broadcasts and was soon given time on the air as a radio personality until December of 1999.  It was then she moved to the Hoosier state and found her home at WKVI in May of 2000.  She is known for her love of Montana, family, her two cats, cake, bowling and NASCAR.  She was able to be a part of four Performance Racing Network (PRN, Charlotte, North Carolina) national broadcasts of the fall NASCAR XFINITY Series race at Kentucky Speedway where she conducted pre-race and victory lane interviews, as well as updates from the infield care center during the race. She wrote about racing action at Plymouth Speedway for four seasons which were featured in several publications in the Midwest.  She has produced national commercials for Brad Keselowski’s Checkered Flag Foundation and the Scleroderma Foundation.  She took a break from radio for a year-and-a-half, but found her way back to the airwaves in March of 2017 where her heart truly beats.  She currently serves as the news director and a news reporter for the Kankakee Valley Broadcasting, Inc. stations of K99.3 WKVI and MAX 98.3 FM.
