Knox students will head back to class a day later than previously thought next school year, after school officials apparently miscounted the number of class days. Superintendent Dr. William Reichhart told the school board last week that the 2021-2022 school calendar had an extra student day in the first semester.

Another 22 COVID-19 cases have been reported in Marshall County. That brings the total number of cases there to 4,870 since the pandemic began, according to Thursday’s report from the Indiana Department of Health.
