Arpha Fletcher, 79, of Winamac, Indiana, passed away Thursday, January 12th, 2012. Funeral services will be Monday, January 16th, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. CT at the Braman and Son Memorial Chapel in Knox, Indiana. Visitation is Monday after 10:00 a.m. CT until the time of services at the funeral home.
