Belva N. Skinner, 88, of Winamac, Indiana passed away Thursday, August 23, 2012. Funeral services will be Monday, August 27, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church at Lake Bruce. Visitation is Sunday from 3:00-8:00 p.m. ET at the Harrison-Metzger and Rans Funeral Home, Kewanna Chapel. Memorials may be made to the church.
