Betty L. Burgess, 84, of Winamac, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, May 18th, 2011. A Celebration of Life service will be held Monday, May 23rd, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac. Visitation is Sunday from 400-8:00 p.m. ET at the Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Hope Hospice of Fulton County.
