Funeral Services for 73-year-old Billy Joe Minix of North Judson are Wednesday, Sept. 13 at 1 p.m. CT at O’Donnell Funeral Home. Military Services will be conducted. Visitation is at 11 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
