Funeral services for Carl Salyer, 77, of Koontz Lake are Friday, July 28 at 8 p.m.; EDT at the Rannells Funeral Home Koontz Lake Chapel, with visitation there from 4 p.m. until the time of the service. Memorials may be given to the Hospice Foundation.
