73-year-old Charles “Chuck” Hartley of Hamlet passed away Tuesday. Funeral services will be Friday at 2 p.m. CT at Rannells Funeral Home, Hamlet Chapel with visitation Friday from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the family.
