Funeral services for Charles L. “Charlie” McKinley, 87, of Winamac, are Friday, July 17 at 11 a.m. EDT at Frain Mortuary in Winamac, with visitation there Thursday, July 16 from 2 to 8 p.m. Kiwanis, Eastern Star, and Masonic Services will be held starting at 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. The American Legion and VFW will conduct Military Graveside Services. Memorials may be given to the First Christian Church in Winamac or Kindred Hospice in Rochester.
