Clarence F. Ringen, 76, of Winamac, Indiana, passed away Saturday, April 2nd, 2011. Funeral services will be Thursday, April 7th, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac. Visitation is Wednesday from 4:00-8:00 p.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac. Memorials may be made to the St. James Salem United Church of Christ in Francesville.
