Crystal J. Starr, 39, of Winamac, Indiana, passed away Friday, December 9th, 2011. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Wednesday, December 14th, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac. Visitation is one hour prior to services at the Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the family.
