A celebration of life service for Dale R. Mitchell, 97, of Winamac, will be held Friday, January 26 at 5 p.m. EST at Frain Mortuary in Winamac, with visitation there from 3 p.m. until the time of the service. The American Legion and VFW will conduct Military Graveside Services. Memorials may be given to Samaritan’s Purse / Operation Christmas Child.
