60-year-old Donald Cooper, of Grovertown, passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2019. Funeral services will be Sunday at 4:00 p.m. EST at Rannells Funeral Home, Koontz Lake Chapel. Visitation will be Sunday at the funeral home from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST.
