Donald Stamper, 76, of Winamac, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, February 2nd, 2011. Funeral services are Monday, February 7th, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac. Visitation is one hour prior to services at the Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be given to the family or to the charity of the donor’s choice. Military graveside services will be conducted.
