A memorial service for Donald Miller, 52, of Star City will be held Friday, December 23 at 2 p.m. at *First United Methodist Church in Winamac, with visitation there from 1 p.m. until the time of the service. Memorials may be given to the funeral home to assist the family with funeral expenses. Frain Mortuary in Winamac is in charge of arrangements.
*The location of the service has been changed from Star City United Methodist Church due to a broken water pipe.
