Ellsworth J. Pelsy, 76, of Francesville, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, May 9th, 2012. Funeral services will be Saturday, May 12th, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. ET at the Apostolic Christian Church in Francesville. Visitation is Friday from 3:00-8:00 p.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Francesville and one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Humanitarian Distribution Center.
