Frances M. Thomas, 95, of Winamac, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, July 20th, 2011. Memorial services will be Monday, July 25th, 2011 at Noon ET at the Community Seventh Day Adventist Church in Monterey, Indiana. Visitation is one hour prior to services at the church. Memorials may be made to the church. The Frain Mortuary in Winamac is in charge of arrangements.
