Funeral services for Frank D. Rowe, 89, of San Pierre, formerly of Pulaski County, are Thursday, November 10 at 11 a.m. EST at The Christian Church in San Pierre. Visitation is Wednesday, November 9 from 4 to 8 p.m. EST at the Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Medaryville, and Thursday, November 10 from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the church. The American Legion will conduct military graveside services. Memorials may be given to the The Christian Church of San Pierre or to AseraCare Hospice of Valparaiso.
