Eighty-four-year-old Frank Diveley of Rochester passed away Friday, Dec. 7. Funeral services will be Tuesday, Dec. 11 at Harrison-Metzger and Rans Funeral Homes with visitation from 4 – 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
