Frank Doty, 86, of Winamac, Indiana, passed away Sunday, May 20th, 2012. Memorial services will be held Wednesday, May 23rd, 2012 at 3:30 p.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac. Visitation is one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the family.
