Frazier V. Lowe, age 90, of Knox, passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2020. He was born October 9, 1929 in Garden, Virginia to Marcus K. Lowe and Gussie Marie Brown Lowe, both deceased. He had been a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Knox. On April 28, 1971 he married Maggie Rowe, she survives. Also surviving are his children, Bill Lowe (Kate) of Philadelphia, PA, and Debbie Riddle (Ron) of Knox, a stepdaughter, Billie Krueger (Rob) of Knox, a brother, Jim Lowe of Virginia, 5 Grandchildren and several great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. Funeral services will take place Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 1:00pm (CT), with visitation two hours prior to services, at M.C. Smith Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Round Lake Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make donations in his memory to the Starke County Youth Club.
