Henry Clemons, 77, of Salyersville, Kentucky, formerly of Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, October 4th, 2011. Funeral services will be Saturday, October 8th, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. CT at the Meer Road Baptist Church. Visitation is Friday from 4:00-8:00 p.m. CT at the Root Funeral Home in Michigan City and Saturday one hour prior to services at the church.
