Funeral services for 7-month-old Karter Blaze Harlan, of Winamac are Saturday, Sept. 30 at 6 p.m. EDT at Frain Mortuary in Winamac with visitation from 4 p.m. until the time of the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
