Jacob Eugene Madsen, Age 40, died Wednesday, January 30 at his home. He was born October 21, 1978 in Knox, IN to the late Robin Hendryx. He attended North Judson-San Pierre School System and attended Gibault School for Boys and graduated 1998.
He liked playing pool and hanging out with friends and family, loved his nieces and nephew. He went to Victory Christian Church and was baptized.
He is survived by his adopted mother Debra (Ed) Rans of Knox, His sisters Jeannette (Tim) Madsen of Knox and Amy (Kraig) Madsen Perkins of Mishawaka, His Adopted father George (Judy) Madsen of Dexter MO. Two sons, Jacob and Tyler and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother Robin Hendryx and his maternal grandparents Rex and Grace Hendryx. And his paternal grandparents Morris and Elsie Madsen, and his Step-Paternal grandparents Bert and June Ketchum.
Friends may call after 10 AM CT Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at the O’Donnell Funeral Home, Inc. followed with funeral services at 12 Noon CT at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Highland Cemetery, North Judson, IN.
