Funeral services for Jerry R. Howe, 88, of Winamac, are Sunday, March 15 at 3 p.m. EDT at Frain Mortuary in Winamac, with visitation there Saturday, March 14 from 4 to 7 p.m. and Sunday, March 15 from 2 p.m. until the time of the service. The American Legion and VFW will provide Military Graveside Services. Memorials may be given to Hickory Creek Healthcare in Winamac or the ALS Association Kentucky Chapter.
