Funeral services for Joan Batchelor, 84, of Rochester are Thursday, December 29 at 1 p.m. EST at Gospel Lighthouse Church of Delong. Visitation is Wednesday, December 28 from 4 to 8 p.m. EST at the Rannells Funeral Home Hamlet Chapel and Thursday, December 29 from noon until the time of the service at the church.
