Funeral services for Joan M. Kistler, 84, of Warren, formerly of Royal Center, are Saturday, December 31 at noon at the Harrison-Metzger-Rans Funeral Home Royal Center Chapel, with visitation there from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorials may be given to the Alzheimer’s Association.
