Funeral services for 80-year-old Joan S. Strand of Winamac, Indiana will be Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac. Visitation is Monday, June 3, 2013 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. ET at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Pulaski County Animal Control Fund.
