A Funeral Mass for John “Paul” Welter, 79, of Knox will take place Saturday, December 31 at 11 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Church in Knox. Visitation is Friday, December 30 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, December 31 from 10:00 to 10:30 a.m. at the Rannells Funeral Home Hamlet Chapel. Memorials may be given to the Starke County Sheriff’s Posse or the Washington Township Fire Department.
