Joyce Ann Smith, 64, of Galveston, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, March 16th, 2011. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date at the Galveston United Methodist Church. Memorials may be made to a fund being established in Joyce’s memory to provide a college scholarship for a Republican woman in need.
