Collins of Royal Center are Saturday, July 8 at 4 p.m. at the Harrison-Metzger-Rans Funeral Home Royal Center Chapel, with visitation there from 1 p.m. until the time of the service. Memorials may be given to the Royal Center First Responders, Royal Center Volunteer Fire Department, or the Royal Center United Methodist Church.
