A celebration of life service for Kenneth E. “Kenny” Fisher, 56, of Winamac, will be held Friday, November 16 at 11 a.m. EST at Frain Mortuary in Winamac, with visitation there Thursday, November 15 from 4 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be given to a charity of the donor’s choice.
