Funeral arrangements for Leo J. Siemens, 86, of Medaryville, are Tuesday, April 5 at 10 a.m. EDT at the Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Medaryville, with visitation there Monday, April 4 from 3 to 8 p.m. A Lions’ Memorial Service will be held at 6 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to Indiana Lions.
