Luella Rose “Lue” Pelsy, 92, of Francesville, IN went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 16, 2025.
She passed away peacefully at Parkview Haven Retirement Home in Francesville. Luella was born on October 12, 1933 in Eureka, IL to the late Herman J. and Elizabeth M. (Hangartner) Luginbuhl.
Visitation will be from 10:00 – 11:30 AM EST Monday, December 22, 2025 at the Apostolic Christian Church in Francesville, IN.
Funeral Services will be held at 12 Noon EST Monday, December 22, 2025 at the Apostolic Christian Church in Francesville, IN with Ministers of the Church officiating.
Burial will take place at Roseland Cemetery in Francesville, IN.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Parkview Haven Retirement Home.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Frain Mortuary in Francesville, IN.
