Margaret L. Herman, 80, of Monterey, died Monday, July 22 at Pulaski Memorial Hospital. Her wishes were to be cremated and scattered in Colorado. Friends may visit with her family on Sunday, July 28 from 2-4 p.m. EDT at Frain Mortuary in Winamac. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to help with final expenses.
