A memorial celebration of life for 71 year old Michael E. “Mike” Cooper, of Monticello will be held at a later date at the Monticello Fraternal Order of the Eagles Lodge #2570. Memorial contributions may be made to the family, and can be mailed or dropped off at the Monticello FOE Lodge #2570. The Frain Mortuary in Winamac is in charge of arrangements.
