Funeral services for 64-year-old Mikel E. “Mike” Stump of Tampa, FL, formerly of Winamac, will be held on Saturday, September 1st at 2 p.m. EDT at Frain Mortuary in Winamac, with visitation there from noon until the time of the services. Memorial contributions may be made to the Pulaski Animal Center, the Winamac Athletic Department or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
