A memorial service for Millard “Red” Smith, 59, of Royal Center, will take place Friday, Sept. 23 at 2 p.m. EDT at Word of Faith Church in Winamac. The American Legion and VFW will conduct military rites after the service. Memorials may be given to Frain Mortuary to assist with expenses.
