Norma Lee Bay, 71, of Winamac, Indiana passed away Saturday, June 30th, 2012. Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 4th, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac. Visitation is Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. ET until the time of services at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Winamac Town Park.
