Thomas Guy, 43, of Knox, Indiana,  passed away Friday, December 16th, 2011.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, December 23rd, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. ET at the Wesley United Methodist Church in Culver, Indiana.  Memorials may be given to a fund set up in Tom’s memory for his children at the First National Bank of Monterey.
