Funeral services for Phillip W. Konrad, 83, of Knox are Thursday, March 23 at 1 p.m. at St. Peter Lutheran Church in North Judson, with visitation there from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. O’Donnell Funeral Home in North Judson is in charge of arrangements.
