Funeral services for Phyllis J. Rankin, 90, of Winamac are Wednesday, Dec. 7 at noon EST at Frain Mortuary in Winamac, with visitation there from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorial Contributions may be made to Riley Children’s Foundation.
