Phyllis Jeanne Garigan, 86, of Winamac, Indiana, passed away Thursday, November 3rd, 2011. Funeral services will be Monday, November 7th, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac. Visitation is Sunday from 3:00-8:00 p.m. ET at the Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Pulaski Memorial Auxiliary or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
